Yay! I allow myself a teeny splurge most pay days [yeah right] and my latest goodies just arrived.
Blue/black leopard print, stretch heavy cotton. This NEEDS to be a pair of Style Arc Flat-Bottom Flo trousers. The wife also fancies snagging any remnants as contrast inserts on something for her…
Pale blue heavy cotton twill, also stretch. I thought this might be good for shirts, but it’s heavier than expected, so will be more summer trousers- Style Arc Misty jeans or Flat Bottom Flo again.
Deliciously soft red stretch denim, purchased from the lovely Efemera via The Sewing Forum. [I lurk, but no longer post…never again] Wifey has bagged this for jeans/trousers.
I also got a load of pearl snap fasteners from Minerva Crafts, so I can finish the zombie attack western shirt.
And as an afterthought, here are the promised pics of 2/3 of the meal from Tuesday.
3 cheese and caramelised onion tartlets + herb salad, and spiced pear tarte tatin. The main course vanished too quickly for pics!
