  1. Wow, wow. Worth every hot, sticky tiring minute for those fantastic pics. I can’t decide on a favourite so I won’t try. Each picture shines, from the elegant silver pleated skirt with beautiful coat, the lovely blue dress with the feather headdress to the fun safari outfit. You will get my vote. Now have a big g & t and a sit down.

    1. Thank you! She did a great job with the pics, despite being as hot, tired, and sticky as I was. She even cooked me dinner while I was faffing about editing afterwards. I didn’t need to crop or tweak a single one either. Amazing. She’s a keeper!

    1. Thanks- it’s actually the first time I’ve worked to a plan, and I loved it. I’m trying [and failing] to get my lovely missus to make a plan for her steampunk wardrobe…I’ll keep on at her!

  3. I’ve followed all your posts regarding this wonderful make and I rarely comment…(Sorry…It’s me. I don’t feel like I have the adequate words sometimes, to sound as sincere and amazed as I am by it all). It all looks great and you’ve had a lovely day to get some gorgeous photographs. Absolutely brilliant!

  5. These are totally fantastic and amazing outfits. You look great in them and you deserve to win. (Can we vote somewhere??) What a lot of amazing work and such talent. How about wearing the pith helmet to college the last day of term? Oh, go on, you know you want to!

    1. Aw thanks! I will DEFINITELY be wearing the pith helmet to work, and possibly some of the other gear as well, to amuse my students. In fact, the first A level exam is tomorrow morning, it might be the ideal thing to lighten the mood! Voting is at the Stitchers’ Guild, but you have to join to vote. Here’s a link anyway http://artisanssquare.com/sg/index.php
