Gray-green silk bustle dress with steel beads, 1880s. One piece. Bodice has tightly ruched front yoke and ruffled standup collar. Diagonal beaded band crosses front over pleats to left side. Narrow sleeves with beaded wrist. Skirt gathered in back into wide buckle with braided & cut steel design. Polished cotton underskirt with buckram hem lining with ties & belt for bustle pad.
